Virtual Assistance For You recognises that each individual client requires a different level of support and with this in mind we offer three separate payment options.

 

 

For clients who require support on an ad hoc basis. A minimum of one hour is charged at £20 per hour and the remainder billed in 15 minute increments.

 

 

For clients who require regular support on a monthly basis we provide three retainer packages. Hours are purchased in advance at a discounted hourly rate. Hours not used may be carried over for one month only.

 

	10 hours per month 2.5% discount
	20 hours per month 5% discount
	40 hours per month 10% discount

Project Basis

For specific long term projects an overall fee would be agreed. Fees will be dependent on the volume/type of work and time involved and an assessment of the project would be made to determine an overall fee. A written quotation will be provided and a 30% deposit would be required in advance.

Additional Expenses

All materials and expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be charged at cost (i.e. postage, stationery, telephone calls etc.)

Virtual Assistance For You will undertake to complete all projects on time and within budget, to facilitate first-class long term working relationships with all clients. All work undertaken will be subject to terms and conditions.
